SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping

 

Within the United States:

 

Standard shipping rates are calculated and applied at checkout given by our current US carrier rates. 

 

Outside of the United States:

 

We ship outside of the US. All shipping will be calculated at checkout given by our current international carrier rates. 

 

Expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout given by our current US carrier rates. 

Within the United States:

In stock orders within the United States are handled within 1-3 business days. If items are ordered via presale or via one of our social media sites, delivery times may vary. Please contact us directly if estimated shipping time is not detailed for presale items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns 

  1. All returns on in stock items must be completed within 7 calendar days from original receipt of item. Item must be unused, and with original tags and packaging upon return. 

  2. Please take note, certain types of items cannot be returned. i.e.: preorder, personalized items, final sale items, special order, etc. 

  3. Preorder items are considered final sale, as items are ordered specifically to customer specification. Commenting or messaging to have an item included in a preorder asserts commitment to purchase the item and pay prior to delivery. 
     

Refunds 

  1. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the returned item and contact you. You will also be notified if your return is approved or rejected for your refund. 

  2. If it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment or as store credit depending on the payment you provided. 
     

Shipping Cost

  1. You will be responsible for shipping the returned items, unless the return was a mistake on our part (i.e. wrong item sent, defective, etc.).

Defective or Damaged Items

  1. Please contact our shop immediately so we can resolve any concerns. 
     

Store Credit/Exchanges

  1. We are willing to work with you on an exchange or store credit so long as the item is in its original packaging and has not yet been used or worn and is communicated within the first 1-3 calendar days of receiving the item. 
     

Clearance

  1. Items purchased on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged 
     

Adjustments & Policy Changes 

  1. We reserve the right to update or change our return policy without notice to our customers. Please continue to review our policies should they change.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

The Little Way is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note, that we will provide all necessary tracking information to show our delivery was confirmed to the correct address.
